CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

All information that is shared in sessions is kept private, with the exception of concern regarding imminent harm to you or someone else. This is further explained in the Informed Consent forms.Participants will be asked to maintain the same level of confidentiality for one another. Sharing during discussions will always be optional, not required, and participants will be encouraged to share only what is appropriate and relevant to the topic and purpose of the session.
THERAPY
While this series will offer therapeutic techniques that have been shown to help improve symptoms of mental health conditions, it is not a substitute for therapy. All participants are encouraged to maintain engagement and open communication with a therapist who can support them through the process of trauma healing. For anyone in need of additional support, appropriate referrals will be provided.
