
What to Expect:
Personalized Experience: We will customize the session to meet your unique needs and desires. You will be given the opportunity to make use of this time in the ways that are most supportive to you, which could include:
Clarifying your needs & intentions
Emotional support & guidance

Mindfulness
Reiki

Here's how a typical 75-minute session goes:
First, we talk for a bit about what is most concerning you and getting in the way of how you want to experience life.
Next, we clarify a starting point of intention--this could be something you want to connect with, welcome or let go of. Your intention, which I will help you clarify if needed, sets the course for the session and our work together.
Then, we decide what would be most supportive for this session--usually a guided iRest® meditation or Reiki to help soothe and regulate your nervous system, cultivate your intention, and open access to deeper levels of healing while you lie down, rest and receive.
Finally, we take some time for integration and discuss what is needed to support your process of continued recovery and healing.
Rather than approaching your situation as a problem that needs to be fixed, we will focus on opening a clearer, stronger connection with the innate wisdom, peace and healing power that already dwells within you.
This process can take a few sessions, weeks, months or years, depending upon your life circumstances, the impact of stress or trauma on your system, and your readiness for change. Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you there, and help you move in the direction of healing and wholeness.
Ongoing Support: Throughout your engagement with the process, you will receive support from me not only during sessions but in between via email and/or text, whichever you prefer.
Confidentiality & Privacy: Your participation and what you choose to share will be held in the utmost confidence. This is one of the benefits of not working with insurance companies. All information that is shared in sessions is kept between us, with the rare exception of concern regarding imminent harm to you or someone else. This is further explained in the Informed Consent form and during our first session.

We can scheduled the first appointment together, or you can go ahead and schedule online.
Pay what you can: Please reflect on what you are able to pay and choose the best fit for you. If you have the means, please consider supporting someone who does not at this time. Recommended options are as follows:
Supporter– $200 USD (pay it forward and support members of our community)
Sustainer – $150 USD (cover your enrollment and sustain our community)
Supported – $100 USD (be supported by the generosity of our community)
A 2.9% processing fee will be added for credit card payments. Alternatively, payments may be made by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.
