During this 6-week wellness series, we will awaken to the callings of our hearts, and, in the spirit of SPRING, we will plant and nourish the seeds of our intentions.

With support from a caring community of peers and the nourishing, guided meditation practice of iRest® Yoga Nidra, we will cultivate meaningful connections and discuss ways to live in alignment with the longings of our hearts.

When in a state of true rest, the voice of the heart can be heard. We'll notice and set aside the plannings, worries and other habits of the mind . . . and tune into the voice of the heart.

Yoga mats and other supports will be provided. You are welcome to bring special objects of your own (soft blanket, pillow, eye pillow, journal, etc.).
